The Alfred-Dahm-Turm is a roofed wooden look-out tower. It is located on the southeast hilltop of the "Krausberg" near Dernau on a height of about 390 m above sea level. The approx. 11-m heigh wooden tower stands rather insignificantly simply in the middle of the woods and offers a great view to the Siebengebirge.
The tower has three floors and a wooden stair leads to a view platform at approx. 7.7-m height abve the ground.
The scenic view from the tower is limited more and more by the high trees in the nearer surroundings.
