The town of South Hadley has installed a painted fiberglass tiger in front of South Hadley High School. The tiger was created in the studio of Patrick Keough and decorated by South Hadley High School students of Maureen McNally's art class.

The High School's tiger shows a pair of student volunteers painting a landscape of South Hadley on the left side of the tiger. The landscape included the town water tower visible from the I-91 scenic lookout. The right side of the tiger shows two students and the auditorium of South Hadley High School. A pair of hot air balloons complete the vignette. The tiger is depicted wearing different foot-ware on each paw.
