The 2ooo-kg-stone was in the former park of not more existent "Villa Trillhaase". The stone marked from the 14th century up to the Viennese congress the border between the electorate Cologne and the dukedom "Berg".
The boundary stone was protected by the "Heimatfreunde Niederdollendorf e.V." and set-up again on the opposite side of the Königswinterer street on the CJD area behind a wire fence.

The stone is open to the public from the street. It is strongly weathered, carries no inscription, but an info board on the fence which informs about the mark stone and his meaning was mounted.
