The baroque garden pavilion from the 18th century has an entrance closed with a smith-iron gate on the northeast side. Three windows are aimed to southwest in the direction of the Rhine.
The building is locked and is located under high trees in the "Bürgerpark" of Oberkassel. The pavilion stands under conservation of monuments and historic buildings.
