John Brady was killed when his motor cycle, ridden at speed, collided with a motor car in Crown Street Wollongong. The Coroner's Finding was reported in the Illawarra Mercury on 10 January 1930.

Unice Brady was burned to death when using a product called Black-It to clean a stove which was alight. The Black-It caught on fire spreading to Unice's clothing.

The Magisterial Inquiry into her death was reported by the Illawarra Mercury on 11 December 1936 & can be read here (visit link)
