Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Raymond is part of the Raymond Alberta Stake and the Raymond 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 10th Wards all meet at this location. The Raymond Alberta Stake was established on August 30, 1903 and is the second oldest in Alberta.
This LDS church looks fairly new with its modern spire on the roof ridge. Though traditional in design it has a more modern flair especially with its large spire. The building is light tan brick with a half moon segmented window above the entry. A portico covers the entrance. The church sets back and has a huge lawn area extending to the road.
Raymond has an approximate population of 3.700 residents which the majority are Mormon and attend one of the four LDS churches in Raymond.
