Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is within the Magrath Alberta Stake and Magrath 4th, 5th and 6th Wards meet at this location. The Magrath Alberta Stake was established October 26, 1980.

The church has a black and white spire on the roof ridge of this classic brick building. There is a tall glass entry that is shaded by very large maple trees.

Magrath is a small community of approximately 2,225 residents and there are two LDS churches in the area. There are four still remaining historic grain elevators in Magrath.
