Located on BLM land. There is a trailhead at n 44 28.705 w 109 18.586, listed as "2 Puerto Rico 2, Wyoming 00659". The trailhead is directly opposite the boat launch (uphill instead of down). To get to the trailhead sign requires a high-clearance vehicle.

When you get close, look for the unusual pile of rocks.
