From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 9.5 miles. Turn left onto George McAllister Road, FR2060, and continue about 3.1 miles to the corner on the right.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on steel pipe; rising 1" in a collar of stones

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The quarter corner is about 430' N from the centerline of FR2060. There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs mounted on a U-post which bears N, 34" distant. In addition, there are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MARKER decals on a Carsonite post which bears S, 66" from the corner. Found two ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the backsides.

Private property W from the corner, else Deschutes National Forest land;
