Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is in the Cardston Alberta Stake and the Cardston 6th and Aetna Wards and the Kainai Branch meet at this location. This church is one of five located in Cardston. There is also a Mormon Temple that was dedicated in 1923, and was first to be built outside the United States.
It is interesting to note that the Kainai Branch is a First Nations meeting. The Kainai Nation (or Káínawa, or Blood Tribe) is a First Nations band in southern Alberta. It is undetermined if these services are conducted in their native language.
This church is brown brick with darker brown trim. There is a traditional white spire above the entrance. I will note that the photograph found on the LDS locator shows it with a black and white spire.
