Torso Desperacion is a life size bronze sculpture of the body of a nude male figure in the throes of anguish. The man's legs are truncated and set on a beveled circular metal base. He is cradling his head in the crook of his left arm. His right arm is not sculpted.
A plaque in front of the sculpture is inscribed:
