The three bay building at 419-423 S Main St is a contributing building to the Grapevine Commercial Historic District. Today, two parts of it are used for retail, while the third, Tolbert's Restaurant & Chili Parlour is a pretty good place to eat.

All three nomination forms pertaining to the district are fairly mum about details regarding this building, although they note that it was built around 1910/1911. For whatever reason, it wasn't until the National Register's 2002 district boundary increase that this property was classified as 419-423 S Main Street, having previously been 419-421 and 423-429.
