The Fletcher United Methodist Church is an eye-opener of a building. Constructed of Wichita Mountain cobblestone, it is unique among church architecture, and is said to be the largest building in this type construction is southwest Oklahoma. The congregation was established in 1904, and built this building in 1934.

The sanctuary window are large units consisting vertical window units, plus arched windows above. The panes are dark earthed-toned glass. The church has two cross gables, one at the southeast corner for the main entrance, which has a double set of doors and an arched surround, and another at the northeast corner where the entrance is into a small vestibule, with a single door.

This is an active congregation with community outreach, programs for the youth, and Bible study.
