Back in 1915, when the town's population was about 425, this was the Fletcher's creamery. It is located on Selby Street and Cole Avenue, behind the current City Hall.

The building is concrete block, about 15 x 24 ft. and constructed of concrete block, with a metal sided roof. It is currently painted a cream color, with the words: "Fletcher Creamery Circa 1915" on its north wall. Attached are vintage metal agricultural signs and a couple of farm implements. A large single door faces west. It is wood, with wood beam support planks forming an "X". On the south wall are four large wood-framed windows.

The town of Fletcher has taken pains to document their history. A building just to the north was once the Fletcher Jail and is similarly painted.
