The "New" Mississippi State capital cornerstone is located on the south east entry façade to the building

This cornerstone is very subtle, easily missed. It is located on the southeast entry to the Capitol, under the porte cochere, which is the public entrance to the Capitol building.
The cornerstone reads as follows:
"ERECTED A.D. 1901-1903
This corner stone laid
