Friedrich Becker (* May 25, 1922 in Ende near Herdecke, † 15 May 1997 in Düsseldorf) was an artist, goldsmith and creator of "kinetic" jewelery.
In 1973 he created this kinetic fountain sculpture made of stainless steel for the then international garden exhibition.
On three rotating vertical axes (two rotating counterclockwise and one clockwise) there are six shining ball pairs each.
