There are public toilets within 50 metres of this Visitors Centre. There are also plenty of shops and eateries about 3 km north at Katoomba, with a restaurant just off of the bus turning area at Echo Point.
The Visitor Centre website is: (

"Located at the Three Sisters in Katoomba on the edge of the Blue Mountains National Park, the views into the Jamison Valley are spectacular.
"If you are contemplating taking a walk, you can also get expert advice and maps from the information centre. Services available include: a free booking service for accommodation, bushwalking guides, maps and books, an extensive retail outlet featuring exclusive Blue Mountains souvenirs, postcards and gifts."
One thing I didn't pick up on my personal visit (but the video 'showed') was that the Visitors Centre has such a large array of solar panels on the angled roof - the pitch is shown on my photos, but not the fact of it supporting the panels. [Shown between 4.00 and 4.08 minutes in the video]
