The Nymph Salmacis Fountain is a 25' by 10' rectangular basin with an 2 x 4 array of 8 spouts that spray and umbrella of water back into the fountain. In the center of the fountain is a copy of the famous Nymph Salmacis sculpture by Monaco born sculpture François Joseph Bosio.
A marble plaque with gold lettering on the top of the front of the basin is inscribed:
