This one-story brick building faces Kelley Avenue on the west. The main entrance has two wood doors with a 9-pane window unit. The entrance is flanked by brick planters and is under a flat metal canopy. Above the canopy are two stone decorative details. The entrance is flanked by two 9/9 wood-framed windows The entrance on the south is identical, but the flanking windows are in double units and not separated.

A one-story addition has been added to the east side (rear). The Kelley Club has been a meeting house of Alcoholic Anonymous since it was built in 1946. The Group was formed in 1941, and is the oldest AA group in Oklahoma. The building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014 because of its social importance.
