The model is located besides the top terminal of the "Drachenfelsbahn".
It shows plastically the buildings, vantage points, monuments and terraces of the anew established view plateau of Drachenfels. The ruined castle at the summit is not shown.
The model is marked with boards in braille and serves blind persons for the orientation.
