Information from the official tourism website:
(visit link) :

"Sehenswertes in Reutlingen

"Worth seeing in Reutlingen
The narrowest street of the world
Spreuerhofstrasse is according to the Guinness book of the records since 2007 the narrowest street of the world. The bottleneck is only 31 cm wide at his schmalsten place. The lane originated after the town fire of 1726 which destroyed Reutlingen as much as possible. The Spreuerhof was originally a grain camp for the Reutlinger hospital. In this attractive corner the past of the medieval town is still alive"
