Odd Fellows Cemetery is a large cemetery on the west side of Ponca City. This war memorial stands at the opposite end of the main drive leading from the entrance.
This is a light colored granite pillar, with a wing-spread eagle at the top. The seals of the branches of the military are engraved around the pillar.
An inscription is engraved on the pillar's side which reads: "In grateful tribute to the men and women who served in the Armed Forces of our country."
