St. Mary the Virgin's Church, Doverdale is located in almost empty countryside apart from one adjacent farmhouse. Several other farms and a pub can be found a mile or so away.
Originally built in the 14th century, remodelled in the 17th century and restored again in 1860, this church has been Grade II listed for it's historical significance.
In recent years the Parish of Doverdale has been combined with the much larger neighbouring Parish of Ombersley, creating one of the largest parishes in Worcestershire.
