St Peter’s Anglican Church was built of brick in the Victorian Free Gothic style, with a sheoak shingle roof, and was consecrated in 1860 becoming the first permanent church erected in the area.
The church was deconsecrated in 2014 when the ownership was transferred to the National Trust of Australia (WA).
