On the schoolyard of the Vocational School of Business, this graffiti is on a house wall.
The graffiti is signed with "Radik Artworx" and comes from the year 2012. You can see a large hand with a spray can, with a blue paint sprayed on a hooded young man. In addition, the initial letters of New York are shown with a red baseball cap from LA, which also spray on the hooded young man. Next to it is a flying eye with wings. The eye has a top hat on which coins are placed. Beside the eye Bugs Bunny tries to throw the ball into the basket. There are further letters as well as a female and male face.
