Clock tower is one end of a skybridge over HWY 16 for City Hall employees to reach the parking garage. City Hall complete with clock tower and skybridge opened in 2012.

Each of the four clock faces are held in place by metal framework. The clocks are backed by glass (plexiglass?) and the tower is topped by a red circular metal roof.

The clocks have white faces, black hands and black Roman numerals.
