An unusual lookout situated on the bed of the Minnamurra Rivulet.

The watershed for the rivulet is quite small in area as the majority of streams head west rather than east, where they need to breach the escarpment. This would allow the lookout to be built in the actual stream bed & afford views of the stream & its banks.

Looking upstream there is the boulder strewn bed & a swing bridge. Beside the lookout a natural garden of bird nest ferns & bracken. Below the gurgling stream.

The lookout is beside the Falls Walk about one kilometre along from the track head. The majority of the walk is rubberised boardwalk.
