This bench on Turimetta Headland has two broad wooden slats, which are mini-grooved, for the backrest, and two more for the seat. The brass plaque is recessed into the top slat of backrest, and reads:
"In loving memory of
Leanne Maree Tighe
"Happy have we met
Happy have we been
Sad so we part,
Happy to meet again
Until our next happy meeting""
The plaque is held in place by four brass screws. The wooden slats are held in place by being screwed from the back, and fixed to recycled plastic frames.
