The Pryor View Park is next to the police department on Cedar Street. It is actually quite large for this small community of only 157 residents.
The playground features slides, monkey bars, jungle gym and a smiling bear teeter totter. Under the playground equipment is a layer of red bark to lessen the impact of those occasional falls.
There is a nice pavilion that will accommodate large groups, perhaps even the entire town. Picnic tables, basketball court, BBQ, horseshoe pits and a playground are some of its features. The park is well maintained with large lawn areas and many trees to provide shade during those hot days of summer.
Most interesting is a large rock display on the NE corner of the park, AKA: Our Legacy Park. Displayed are large boulders representing locations from the surrounding areas.
