Die Schlossbrauerei Scherneck ist eine regionale selbständige Landbrauerei mit langer Tradition (nachweislich seit 1719), in der das Bier nach handwerklicher Braukunst wie vor 100 Jahren gebraut wird.
In der Schlossbrauerei Scherneck erhält man echte naturtrübe Biere, die nicht filtriert werden. Auch auf andere Verfahren zur Verlängerung der Haltbarkeit wie z.B. Pasteurisieren oder ultrahohes Erhitzen wird dort ganz bewusst verzichtet.
In unserer traditionellen Schlosswirtschaft verleihen verschiedene Stilrichtungen der Säulen- und Bräustüberl, Kutscher- und Jägerzimmer, den Räumen ihren ureigenen Charme.

The Schlossbrauerei Scherneck is a regional independent country brewery with a long tradition (proven since 1719), in which the beer is brewed according to artisanal brewing art like 100 years ago.
In the Schlossbrauerei Scherneck you get real natural beers, which are not filtered. Also, other methods for extending durability, e.g. Pasteurizing or ultrahigh heating is deliberately dispensed with.
In our traditional castle-style, various styles of the column and brewery, coachman's and hunting rooms lend the rooms their own charm.
