"Jan 19, 2017 LAURENS — Firefighters continued to battle a blaze late Thursday night at an apartment building on Main Street in the village, which had been home to eight adults and three children, fire officials said...A hundred or more firefighters from at least nine departments were at the scene in the center of the village, not far from Laurens Central School, according to Gracey.
