Behind the Anglican church at the remote rural community of Ellenborough is a shorter than average cream-coloured Bell Tower, with a single bell.

It is a very basic mechanism, with a rope over a pulley directly attached to the swinging bell. It is almost low enough that you could swing the clapper by hand.
The tower would be made of locally sawn hardwoods, and has 6" square posts, that hold a cover over the bell; that could be mistaken for a dog kennel - except that there is no door for it, and, it has a small green cross on the eastern side of it.
