This pair of Howitzers is on display at Woodland Veterans Park in a large and beautiful memorial site.

At Woodland Veterans Park, the southwest portion is a veterans memorial with numerous military items on display, as well as a large granite wall listing Oklahoma over 7000 Oklahoma veterans who gave their life for our freedom.
These two Howitzers are stamped with the "Thunderbird" emblem of the 45th Infantry Division.
Plaques by the display read: "105mm Howitzer / Major General Myles Deering, Brigedier General Pete Costilow and soldier of the 45th Infantry Division of the Oklahoma National Guard secured these two 105mm Howitzers for our Oklahoma Veterans Memorial. The 45th has trained and fought with these since World War II / Weight 3300 lbs., effective range 7 miles, carries a 33 lb. projectile / Dedicated December 7, 2012."
