Plan de Campagne est une zone commerciale créée en 1960 sur le territoire des communes des Pennes-Mirabeau et de Cabriès. Avec une surface de 250 000 m² et 518 enseignes (2016), c'est la plus grande zone commerciale de France et d'Europe. En 2013, elle est la quatrième zone commerciale la plus visitée de France avec 24 millions de visiteurs

Plan de Campagne compte de nombreux magasins pour l'équipement de la personne : prêt à porter pour hommes, femmes, enfants et bébés, magasins de sport comme Décathlon, magasins de cosmétiques comme Sephora, moyennes surfaces culturelles comme Cultura, ou encore magasins de jouets comme JouéClub. La zone commerciale est aussi l'une des mieux dotées de France en matière d'équipement de la maison : magasins d'électroménager ou d'électronique comme Darty ou Boulanger, magasins de meubles et de décoration comme Conforama ou Fly, etc. On y trouve également des magasins de bricolage comme Leroy Merlin et Castorama, une jardinerie Truffaut, des moyennes surfaces où l'on trouve de tout comme GIFI mais aussi un hypermarché Géant Casino et sa galerie marchande de 60 boutiques (Barnéoud), ainsi qu'un centre commercial nommé Avant Cap (110 boutiques). Elle comprend aussi de nombreux restaurants notamment de restauration rapide et un multiplexe cinématographique Pathé.

Bien sûr, au-delà des magasins, on y trouve des hôtels, des restaurants, de la restauration rapide, ...

Dernièrement, sur un parking un panneau attire mon attention : Wifi Gratuit. Je teste et je tombe sur le wifi qui, par le biais d'antennes multiples, couvre l'ensemble de la zone et par sa page d'accueil donne des informations sur les boutiques.

Lastly, on a parking a sign attracts my attention: Free Wifi. I test and I come across the wifi which, through multiple antennae, covers the whole area and through its home page gives information about the shops.
