Charlie's
Findagrave entry suggests that this might have been the very spot where he liked to sit and say "hello", as Relics was at 113 W Washington Avenue:
Charlie was the son of the late Charlie Lon and Vera (Callaway) Eubank. He was in the farming and ranching business for most of his life. He owned and operated Bonanza Discount Center for 17 years. After his retirement Charlie worked for Eubank Drug as delivery man. He was well known to the people of the Whitney community always greeting folks downtown from his favorite bench in front of Relics. Charlie enjoyed tending and working with his cattle very much and treated them more like pets than livestock. He was a friend to all. Charlie was a member of King Memorial United Methodist Church.

The bench itself is a beautiful piece of woodworking, with two large, solid wheels forming the sides, and both the seat and the back are fairly thick. The bench could use some varnish or stain to protect it, but it is in otherwise great condition. The dedication plaque reads:
In Loving Memory of
Charlie Eubank
10/10/28-03/25/12

Charlie is buried in Whitney Memorial Park.
