Two storey, number 3 Henry Street in the Victorian Italianate style is a rendered, single face building which adjoins the Federation Warehouse style number 5 via the first floor and drive through entrance underneath. No 3 has an entrance door on the left and a stucco gable over the first floor sash window, No 5 has stucco arched and keystone sash windows on the first floor and door entrance to the left and the drive through entrance to the right.
