The Redpath Museum Geological Garden is a display of 8 minerals and a fossil, each set on pedestals, arranged in a 3 by 3 array. A plaque on the pedestal below each mineral contains the name of the specimen and the location from which it was collected. Among the minerals on display are calcite, phlogopire with fluorapatite, clinopyroxene and calcite, and most interestingly a false fossil in marble.
