Originally built in 1892 as the Federal Coffee Palace, the Federation Free Classical style building has a central door with an arched window on either side and timber sash windows to the first floor. The building has had a variety of uses through the years - a printers, Main Roads Dept. and the City of Fremantle Planning Dept. and the school has occupied it since 1973
