NOTE-- EVERETT STREET HAS BEEN EXTENDED NORTH FOR PLUS OR MINUS 200 FEET, THEREFORE TABLET IS PLUS OR MINUS 200 FEET SOUTH OF NORTH END OF EVERETT STREET, PLUS OR MINUS 200 FEET NORTHWEST OF SOUTHERN RAILROAD DEPOT.
