This brown granite headstone is located in the Olathe Memorial Cemetery. The headstone features a picture of a man shooting a shotgun, either hunting or shooting skeet or trap. There is a figure of a heart with the words "In Loving Memory" Below is the inscription:

There is a stone "vase" to the right of the headstone.
