Tree and marker are located in the southwest corner of City Park in Kingston. It is dedicated to the Citizens of Kingston who have supported all those members of the PPCLI who have lived, studied, trained and served in Kingston over past hundred years.
Kingston is home to the Royal Military College of Canada, where many of the future PPCLI officers have received schooling or taught.
