Auf dem Hauptplatz der Stadt Amstetten befindet sich auf einer kleinen Mauer eine metallene Gedenktafel für die Partnerstadt Ruelle sur Touvre. Die Form hat die Umrisse des Département Charente, in dem sich Ruelle sur Touvre befindet. In der Mitte befindet sich ein erhabenes Rechteck mit dem Logo der Stadt. Dieses besteht aus einem geschwungenen "R" und zeigt die Stadt, durch die der Fluss Touvre fließt.
Leider konnten keine weitere Informationen (Alter, Künstler,...) über die Gedenktafel gefunden werden.

On the main square of the town of Amstetten is a metal memorial plaque for the sister city of Ruelle sur Touvre, on a small wall. The shape has the outline of the Département Charente, in which Ruelle sur Touvre is located. In the center is a sublime rectangle with the city's logo.
