The Tuggerah Westfield Shopping Centre opened in 1995, and since then has at least doubled in capacity. It is just a little south of Wyong, and east of the Pacific Highway.

visit link) This is currently the second largest shopping centre of the Central Coast of NSW, with 245+ shops and 8 cinemas.
It has a large car park, which is usually adequate. So, it is readily accessible by cars, rail (Tuggerah station is 'just over the road'), buses, having a depot/bus stop on the eastern end of the complex; and even by foot, if you live in the new residential suburb of Mardi, just 'over the road'.

The Wikipedia article also points out the history of the site, and the suburb. Being a swampy area with a diverse habitat there was a lot of opposition to the building. Subsequently the local shopping centres of Wyong an Ourimbah went through a retail decline, but when the through traffic declined many of them pick back up.
