The Green Plaques Project, an initiative of the Berry and District Historical Society, was officially launched on Thursday, June 29 2017.

An official unveiling was held at the Berry Museum. Eleven historical buildings in Berry now have circular, bronze green plaques installed. Each plaque features a brief summary of the building’s history.

The Agricultural Pavilion

The Agricultural Pavilion was built in 1888 as the Exhibition Hall for the Berry Agricultural and Horticultural Association. It is used by Broughton Lodge, Berry Show Society and Berry Silver Band.
