This building is light industrial, south of downtown Tonkawa.

The J.P. Siler building is the center of three connected light industrial buildings, which appears to be boarded up and vacant at this time. It is possible that it is being used by the small engine repair shop to the north, and has only an interior access.
This is a one-story red brick building with four bays separated by brick pilasters. The South bay has an overhead door, the second bay has a display window, the third has the entry door and the North bay has a large display window. All of these openings have been covered with board and batten painted a rust color.
The roof is flat with a stepped parapet across the facade. The stone block reading "J.P. Siler Bldg. 1925" is located at the center.
