Just south of the main intersection in downtown Tonkawa, at 102 S. Main Street is this one-story red brick building, with a date block reading: "19 SIPE 17".
This building stands just south of the First National Bank, and the roof cover to the bank's drive-thru is attached to the north side of this building. The building is currently occupied by T & L Well Service Company.
The building has a single entry door located under a cloth awning. The large windows are fixed, and there is an overhead door opening which does not appear to be in use at this time. The building has three subtle bays, marked by brick pilasters that rise slightly above the flat roof line. The building is simple in design, but has an elaborate 11-row brick pattern, with projecting, angled and dentil brick work. The date block is located above the entrance.
