A 15' tall, tapering, trapezoid, gray, granite monument is rough cut on two sides. Above the dedication, the polished north face is inscribed with the names of three men from Winsted who died during the Vietnam War. The last names are inscribed in black, first names and ages are in white. The inscription reads:
