All Saints Church traces its beginnings in Windsor to 1852. The congregation first met in local businesses and private homes until finally completing this building in 1857. By 1875 the bell tower and north and south transepts were completed. The church has remained the same externally since then.
The church has remained in continuous, active service since then. It hosts men's women's and youth programs. The Church Hall is also available for rental.
It is the Spiritual Home of the Essex and Kent Scottish Regiment, a Canadian Army Reserve Infantry Regiment.
