"Le maire, René Fily, a coupé le ruban tricolore tenu par Gwendal Larher et Christian Le Gall, les deux auteurs de la fresque, en présence de Jacques Orsi, président de la station de sauvetage en mer de Primel-Plougasnou.
La fresque, réalisée aux écluses, sur le pignon de la maison à l'angle de la rue Saint-Germain et de l'allée Saint-François, représente le parchemin du plan de construction d'un bateau. « Il s'agit d'un homardier et langoustier datant du début du XIXe siècle, construit entre la baie de Saint-Brieuc et Brest, et qui pouvait contenir dans son vivier près de deux mille crustacés », expliquent les artistes.
Le duo a pour projet de proposer aux communes la réalisation de fresques « mettant en valeur le patrimoine d'une ville ». La peinture a été réalisée en deux semaines, grâce à l'appui bénévole d'entreprises qui ont fourni la peinture, l'échafaudage, les imprimés de communication.
Des dons ont été recueillis et versés à la Société nationale de sauvetage en mer (SNSM) de Primel-Plougasnou. « Ils serviront à financer les sauvetages mais aussi à maintenir en état les moyens nautiques dont nous disposons afin que l'eau salée n'ait jamais le goût des larmes », a déclaré Jacques Orsi."

The fresco, made at the locks, on the gable of the house at the corner of Saint-Germain Street and the Alley Saint-François, represents the parchment of the construction plan of a boat. "It is a lobster and langoustier dating from the early nineteenth century, built between the bay of Saint-Brieuc and Brest, and which could contain in its tank nearly two thousand crustaceans," explain the artists.
The duo plans to propose to the municipalities the creation of frescoes "highlighting the heritage of a city". The painting was realized in two weeks, thanks to the voluntary support of companies that provided the painting, the scaffolding, the printed forms of communication.
Donations were collected and paid to the National Life Saving Society (SNSM) of Primel-Plougasnou. "They will be used to finance the rescues but also to maintain the nautical means we have so that the salt water never has the taste for tears," said Jacques Orsi."
