This freestanding four-faced clock is located at the northwest corner of 9th and Kansas Avenue. The clock is approximately 10 foot tall.
The base is black, and has listings of donors in gold. The face is white with black Roman numerals marked every five minutes. There is both an hour and a minute hand, both black. The Clock was made by the Verdin Company of Cincinnati, Ohio. The clock has a dedication to both the City of Topeka Est. 1854 and Sertoma Est. 1912.
